3 carrots (washed, topped and tailed)

3 oranges (peel pared off but keeping as much pith as possible)

Handful of spinach

1 large pear

Stick all through the juicer, makes a pint of really filling sweet-sharp tasting juice.  The sharpness of the oranges takes away the raw veggie taste you can get from the spinach.  (And don’t forget to add three or four ice cubes to give it that extra chill).

I’ve decided I’m going to have to start keeping track of my juice recipes because though it’s fun adding a bit of whatever’s in the fruit basket or fridge, I’m finding of course that some juices are just that bit nicer than others.
